Alternative Endings is the trading name of Cremorials Limited. These are the terms and conditions for using this website to purchase products. All orders placed will be subject to them unless alternative and explicit arrangements have been agreed in writing between Cremorials and the buyer in advance.

Any dispute or claim arising from using this website must also be made and settled under English law.
Purchases
Unless otherwise stated all prices are quoted in pounds Sterling including VAT.?Orders from Countries outside the UK will be required to contact us on +44 207 0550857 to confirm duty and postage costs before despatching the goods.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. CARRIAGE AND DELIVERY Delivery of all goods will be made to the address(es) specified within 14 days unless indicated with product descriptions. We will not be held responsible for postal strikes or events out of our control. All products are sent recorded and to be signed for upon receive.
Return Policy
If you are a consumer you have the legal right to cancel a contract under the consumer protection regulations 2000 during the period set out below.
This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or for any other reason you decide you do not want to keep a product you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund.

If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 14 days in which you may cancel, starting from the day you receive the products.
To cancel a contract please contact us in writing or email us or call us.
You may wish to keep a copy of your cancellation notification for your own records. If you send us your cancellation notice by email then your cancellation is effective from the date you sent us the email. If you call us to notify us of your cancellation, then your cancellation is effective from the date you telephone us.
You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the products. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notification of cancellation as described.?If you have returned the products to us if they are faulty or mis-described we will refund the price of the defective product. Refunds will be returned on the credit card or debit card in which you made payment.
If the products were delivered to you:
1.You must return the products to us as reasonably practicable.
2.Unless the products are faulty or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.
3.You have a legal obligation to keep the products in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
As a consumer, you will always have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by the returns policy in these terms. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
