Ashes Jewellery Return and Refund

Return Policy

All products are covered by our 14 days police – We hope you will love your Jewellery AE Cremation Ashes Jewellery, but if there is any problem you can return your item of Jewellery (Excluding the personalised pendant) to us for a full refund for any reason if we are notified within 14 days from the day you received the order.

To file a return under the 14 days policy, please contact us to state the reason and your order number. 

The refund will be applied once we received and inspect the item at our warehouse. Please call 2 – 5 business days of the credit appear on your statement.

You will be responsible for the jewellery till it arrives safely at our studio. We cannot refund the cost of returning the item. The exception to this is if the product is at fault, in which case your postage will be refunded(excluding any import duty).  We strongly recommend using a postal service which has full insurance for the contest.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return your item must be used and in the same condition that you received it (i.e. unworn and resale condition). It must also be in the original packaging.

We regret that we are unable to exchange any personalised engraved pendant, that will affect its resale value. The exception to this is if we have incorrectly made your order, made a mistake, or your item is at fault. if you believe this is the case please contact us within 14 days from receiving your order to ensure that we can rectify your order as soon as possible.

How to initiate a return

To initiate a return, please contact us by filling out the online form or call us at 0800 064668 as quote your order number. Upon receipt of your email or letter, you will be contacted with details of the solution and return details.

Timeline for the return

For a full refund for any reason if we are notified within 14 days from the day you received the order. The refund will be applied once we received and inspect the item at our warehouse. Please allow 2 – 5 business days before the credit appears on your statement. 

Method of refund

If the item is agreed to be faulty you will be refunded fully by your original payment method. if the item is not found to be at fault, the cost of returning the item to you will be chargeable.

Pricing Packaging

All our prices are listed in British Pounds, Sterling. Our prices are correct at the time of publication and goods are charged at the price shown on the website at the time of ordering. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
We have the right to change our prices at any time, in accordance with any rise in materials prices.
Our ash urn jewellery will be delivered with its own gift box, gift card, and dust bag.

All Cremation Jewellery orders come with small fennel and instructions on how to fill your ash urn pendant. Some pendants will come with a mini-screwdriver for you to remove the secured screw.

All deliveries will be securely wrapped and without any branding on the exterior package.
