FAQ Cremation Jewellery

1. How do I Order?

Ordering with Jewellery AE is really easy, you can place your order on our website, or by calling us direct on 0800 0646683 or, Contact Us online.

If you are not sure about ordering something so precious, please do call and ask us as many questions!


2. How long des it take to make my ashes jewellery?

We make small batches of ashes jewellery a time, and making sure they are always available for your purchase. If the stock is available, once the payment is cleared (normally takes 1-2 business days) we will dispatch your cremation jewellery straight away.

However, there are times when a bulk order is placed, our stock might become not available, a fresh batch normally takes up to 1 month to make.

if you would like personal engraving, please allow 1-2 business days extra.


3. How do I pay for my order?

Direct Bank Transfer
You can pay to be direct bank transfer at online shop check out, please use your order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have been cleared. It will normally take 1 or 2 business days.

Cheque payments
Please send a cheque to the company address at checkout. Quote your order number and your name, and products. Once the cheque is cleared, we will post the item.

Paypal or Pay Later
You can check out at our online shope faster and safer and easily with Paypal, this way your financial details are more protected. Pay Later allow you pay in instalments over time.

Klarna
Klarna also allow you pay in 3 interest free instalments or pay in 30 days.

Credit or Debit Card
You can check out using your credit or debit card at the end. We support Visa, American express, JCB and MasterCard.

Pay over the phone
We can also take payment over the phone, please call us directly on 0800 0646683


4. Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will. An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered on your order within 30 mins of it being placed, please do check your junk or spam folder if does not arrive in your inbox. We ask that you check your order information closely and contact us right away if anything you would like to change.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please contact us directly via email or phone and quote your reference number.


5. Can I change my order once it has been placed?

As long as your order has not entered production or not been engraved, we are happy to help you make any necessary changes.

If you do need to change anything on your order, we would recommend contacting us asap.


6. Can I visit your store?

Due to insurance reasons and cost, we don’t have a physical store yet (Maybe one day!) We are unable to open to the public.

7. Can I cancel my order?

We would be sorry to see you go but if for any reason, you did wish to cancel your order you are able to do so within the cooling-off period of 7 days from your order being placed.


8. Can I fill the ashes jewellery myself?

Yes, you can fill the ashes jewellery yourself! We will supply you with a tiny funnel and instruction to making inserting the ashes easy. You don’t have to worry about ashes lost in the post or ashes got mixed up. Or simply some unethical shops don’t even add the ashes into the jewellery.


9. What should I do if I don’t feel comfortable touching ashes myself?

You can always ask your funeral director to fill the ashes jewellery for you.
